Galadriel is our player helper NPC. Through her, you can modify your password safely and quickly (you can also change your password from your profile on lineagedos.com) or repair any own character easily.
How to change game account password?
- Visit Galadriel and select “Change Password”:

Use this tool to fix problems with your other characters. Problems like crashing when logging, stuck character, infite fall, etc.
- Select broken character name that you wish to attempt to fix. It will be moved to Floran’s village and keyboard shortcuts and other settings will be removed. All your equipment will be sent to character inventory. All this is done to ensure the recovery of the character:
